Casa Rosaria is a charming apartment, situated in the Coastal area of Praiano called Vettica Maggiore.

From the entrance you be able to reach the main bedroom direct and the corridor to access the other rooms of the house.

The bedroom is spacious and equipped with a double bed, a windows with a view and a French door to access the terrace. It's air-conditioned.

The livingroom is air-conditioned and features a sitting area with a TV and a dining zone, furnished with a table with four chairs.

From the dining area you will be able to access the kitchen and the terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave oven, an electric oven and other little home appliances like a Neapolitan-style coffee maker.

The terrace has got two accesses, one from the main bedroom and one from the dining area. The terrace has a side view of the sea and is furnished with two deckchairs and a small table with chairs.

The bathroom is accessible from the corridor and features a toilet, a wash basin, a bidet and a shower.

Location:

You can reach Casa Rosaria from the street level (the Coastal road, where the Sita bus runs) in two different ways:

1) going down along a famous walkway of about 300 metres - situated below the main Church- that includes approx. 50 steps in total;

2) or, in alternative, you can arrive in 2 minutes by descending a stairway of about 150 steps.

You don't need a car for your stay at Casa Rosaria. You will be 5 minutes walking to some grocery stores, bars and delicious restaurants.

You can reach La Gavitella beach by steps, about 250 in total.
