GROUND FLOOR:

Villa Mirea Big main entrance is about 50 little steps to the main street.

You will enter in a cozy livingroom composed by armchairs, sofas, an ancient fireplace, a dining table with chairs and a kitchen area. The room is wide and brigh and has direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a toaster and other little home appliances.

There are two bedrooms with double beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a toilet and a wash basin; the second bedroom has a bathroom with a toilet, a wash basin and a shower.

From the livingroom you can also access the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine.

The private terrace is beautiful, very panoramic and will be of your exclusive use. From here you can enjoy a stunning view of Positano and the Coast.

It's equipped with a table with chairs and deckchairs.

FIRST FLOOR:

You will enter in a cozy and spacious living area with a sitting zone, a dining zone and a kitchen zone: the sitting area has a typical old fireplace, armchairs, sofas, a little table, a tv and a wide window; the kitchen zone is full-equipped with a fridge,a freezer, an oven, a toaster, an American-style Coffee maker and other useful little home appliances; the dining area has two large tables with chairs.

The room is very spacious and full of light thanks to some windows overlooking the sea and has also a large French-window with access to a little panoramic terrace. On this floor there's a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.

SECOND FLOOR:

The upper floor can be reached thanks to an elegant stairway. Here you will find the three bedrooms, another bathroom, a kitchenette corner and a large panoramic terrace. One bedroom has a double bed and access to the sunny terrace; the second bedroom has two single beds and access to the terrace; the third bedroom is furnished two single beds and two windows.

From the corridor you can reach the bathroom and the kitchenette. The bathroom is very nice, decorated in marble and stone. It has a toilet, a wash basin, a bathtub and a shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, a oven, a sink and a stove if you'd like to prepare a quick snack.

The private terrace is large (70 sm), very panoramic and will be all yours. From here you can enjoy one of the best views of Positano, the divine Coast and the gorgeous sea. We are sure you will spend the most of your time here! It's equipped with a large table, chairs and deck chairs for memorable moments of relax.

TOP FLOOR:

The Annex: You will enter the annex through a charming stone arch, after climbing about 60 little steps from the coastal road.

The large livingroom has two different areas: a sitting zone with a satellite TV, a table and chairs; a fully equipped cooking area with a large arched window that overlooks the terrace and the marvellous panorama. This room is cozy and tastefully furnished.

From here you can reach the double bedroom, thanks to an arched opening with an original curtain. There's a double bed, some small windows and an en-suite bathroom. It's equipped with a stone shower, a toilet, two sinks made in marble and a window.

Furnishings are precious and elegant. There's also a laundry area with washing machine, located in the covered patio.

The terrace can be reached from the livingroom. It is spacious and will be of your excusive use. It's well furnished with tables and chairs, deck chairs, an outdoor shower,a barbecue and a small swing. From here you will enjoy a breathtaking panorama.
