DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

Il Sogno di Tina (in English Tina's dream) is a dream came true. Tina was a beautiful mum whose dream was to see this house renovated and beautiful. Her sons did their best to make it as she desired: Shades of blue, lucid majolicas, with an elegant aesthetic style.

They put so much love in this home and are so excited to open it to visitors coming from all over the World!

It can sleep 2 guests - the perfect choice for a romantic getaway.

There is a double sofa bed in the livingroom, suitable for an eventual extra Guest but this is only available upon request. Ask us, please.

• THE LIVING AREA/KITCHENETTE:
You will be welcomed in the livingroom, furnished with a sitting area and a fully-equipped kitchenette.
The furnishings include a sofa, a TV, a dining table with chairs and a desk suitable for Smart-workers.

The Kitchenette features a cooker, a fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, an espresso coffee maker, a kettle , a toaster and other little home appliances.

The room is equipped with an air conditioning unit.


• THE BEDROOM :
The Bedroom is spacious and features a double bed and an en-suite Bathroom.
It's air-conditioned.
From this room you can access the Balcony.
You will get up with a beautiful sea view.


• THE BATHROOM :
The Bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a little mirror as a Make-up station. Tina loved to do her hair and wear make-up. Another little tribute to her beauty and desires.

There is a sea-view window in this bathroom.


• THE HALF-BATHROOM :
The Half-Bathroom is accessible from the livingroom and has a toilet, a wash basin and a washing machine. Our dryer down here is the sun :)
Here you will also find an iron with an ironing board.


• THE LOCATION :
The best location of Praiano! You will be in the prime location of the village, close to everything and on the way to the famous La Gavitella/One-Fire beach.

You can access the house from the street in about 5 minutes: you have to walk via the main square and a famous lane, the way includes about 30 steps. It is a nice walk but we can book the porter service for you, if you wish to reach us stress-free.

You don't need a car during your stay at Sogno di Tina but if you do have one, we can try to reserve a spot in one of the private parkings nearby (according to availability and for an extra fee).
