VILLA ANNUNZIATA: Detailed Description

Villa Annunziata is a two-storey bright house with a wonderful view of the sea and the Coast, with Capri's Faraglioni in front and the cascade of Positano colorful house on the right.

On the GROUND FLOOR you will find a livingroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a big terrace.

On the UPPER FLOOR you will find two bedrooms (one with a balcony), a living area and a bathroom. The first bedroom has access from the ground floor via an internal stairway; the second bedroom is accessible from the terrace and features a private entrance and a second room for eventual extra Guests (ask the Team for more info).

The two bedrooms can be adjoining rooms upon request, we will provide the key if you wish.

GROUND FLOOR:

• THE TERRACE is so panoramic. The view is just breathtaking. Equipped with deckchairs and a table with chairs, this is the ideal place to relax and to dine "al fresco" with Positano and the sea as romantic scenery.
From the terrace you can enter the house.

• THE LIVINGROOM/ENTRANCE: You will be welcomed in a small cozy livingroom, decorated with a small sofa. From here you can access the bathroom, the kitchen, the laundry and the upper floor.
The room is air-conditioned

• THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, an Italian-style coffee maker, an Espresso maker, an American-style coffe maker, a dish washer, a microwave oven and other little home appliances. This room is air-conditioned.

• THE BATHROOM (the brown one) is accessible from the livingroom. It has got a toilet, a wash basin and a shower.

• THE LAUNDRY features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing table.


THE UPPER FLOOR
You can access the upper floor from the livingroom via a wooden stairway.

• THE BLUE BEDROOM: You will be welcomed in large bedroom (the blue one).
The room includes a double bed, a wardrobe and a sitting area with a TV.
From the window you have a beautiful view of the sea.
The room is air-conditioned.
This room can be "adjoining" with the other one, upon request.

THE SECOND ENTRANCE OF THE UPPER FLOOR
You can access this side of the upper floor from the terrace via an external stairway.

• THE ENTRANCE: You will be welcomed in the access room from where you can enter the bathroom and a passageway where we can add extra beds for eventual extra Guests.

• THE ORANGE ROOM: You can enter this room from the passageway.
The room includes a double bed, a wardrobe and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea.
