Payment Schedule
25% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
20% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 31 days before arrival or earlier.
15% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 16 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable damage deposit of €100 is due by cash on arrival.

EXTRA COST by cash:
- Praiano tourist tax, Euro 2 per person per night (New on March 2018)
- Final cleaning Euro 40
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
- Euro 100 by cash at check-in. This deposit will be refunded at check-out less any charges for accidental damages
CHECK-IN is from 3pm to 8pm
CHECK-OUT is within 10am
LATE ON ARRIVAL:
For check-in after 8pm there is an extra fee of Euro 25 to be paid by cash upon arrival.
For check-in after 11pm the extra fee if Euro 50 to be paid by cash upon arrival.
